Company History

1999
Huangshan Tourism Information Website (www.intohuangshan.com) was launched. It was the first website in Huangshan dedicated to promoting Huangshan as a tourism destination through the internet. Related company domains also include www.hsly.com and www.huangshan.net.cn.
1999–2008
The predecessor entity, Huangshan Tianxia Tourism Network Co., Ltd., provided Huangshan destination information promotion, resource presentation, online consultation, hotel booking and travel service matching. Through cooperation with Ctrip, it gradually became the largest hotel agency operator in the Huangshan region.
2008.04
Huangshan Online Travel Agency Co., Ltd. was registered and began formal travel reception and destination service operations. The business expanded from online destination promotion and hotel booking to tour product design, organization and on-the-ground execution.
2015.04
The company obtained outbound tourism business qualification approved by the National Tourism Administration, forming integrated capabilities in domestic, inbound and outbound travel services.

Huangshan Yangtze River Delta Travel Transportation Service Co., Ltd. (YRD Travel Transportation) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Huangshan Online Travel Agency Co., Ltd. It holds inter-provincial tourism charter transport qualification and operates 28 owned tourism vehicles and can coordinate additional partner vehicles of different seat capacities, including 53-seat, 35–39-seat, 14–18-seat and 7–9-seat vehicles.

This transportation capability supports tour groups, private tours, corporate groups, study tours, MICE activities, railway station transfers, airport transfers and cross-regional travel services.
