Day-by-day outline

A route with room to arrive, travel, and recover

This is a planning framework. Exact attractions, hotels, trains, flights, local operators, and service standards are confirmed only after the travel brief is reviewed.

Days 1–3

Beijing

Arrival, recovery time, and a focused introduction to the capital. The final program should reflect international arrival time and the confirmed local operating arrangement.

Day 4

Beijing to Huangshan

A cross-city travel day planned around the best confirmed rail or air connection. Transfer responsibility and handover points must be stated in the proposal.

Days 5–7

Huangshan and Huizhou

Yellow Mountain, an overnight base selected around the route, and time for one or more Huizhou villages or cultural areas without treating them as a single attraction.

Day 8

Huangshan to Shanghai

Continue to Shanghai with the final connection selected according to the season, timetable, luggage, and desired departure area.

Days 9–10

Shanghai

A final city stay with time protected for international departure. Extra nights can be added instead of compressing the Huangshan segment.

East China ground operations

Huangshan and Shanghai services

Transfers, tourism vehicles, guide coordination, hotel and attraction logistics, and on-trip communication can be managed within the confirmed East China program.

Coordinated delivery

Beijing and cross-city handovers

Beijing is delivered through a confirmed destination arrangement. The proposal identifies the operating responsibility and handover between Beijing and the East China sections.

What can change

Adjust the route around the travelers—not the other way around

  • Add Xi'an when the overall trip can support at least three additional nights.
  • Replace a major-city day with more time in Huizhou villages or a slower Yellow Mountain route.
  • Choose a mountaintop stay only after walking ability, weather risk, luggage, and room availability are considered.
  • Use private vehicles and licensed local guides selectively rather than assuming every day needs the same service.
  • Adapt the final Shanghai stay to the international departure airport and flight time.
Clear operating boundary: HSLY manages the Huangshan and Shanghai ground sections within its East China operating scope. Beijing is delivered through a confirmed destination arrangement, with cross-city handovers stated in the proposal.
