Transport & local guides
Move people, luggage, and information through the same plan
A reliable local journey depends on more than a vehicle. Pickup points, mountain entrances, hotel areas, luggage, guide roles, and the next destination must be coordinated together.
Transport scenarios
From one arrival transfer to multi-day group movement
Railway and airport transfers
Huangshan North Railway Station, Huangshan Airport, hotels, Tangkou, the mountain, and selected regional destinations.
Multi-stop vehicle planning
A vehicle plan connected to hotel changes, village visits, luggage, mountain entry and exit points, and onward travel.
Coach and movement coordination
Arrival waves, hotel movements, meetings, cultural visits, group departures, and communication with the program leader.
Choose the right service
A tourism vehicle, a driver, and a licensed guide are not the same thing
| Service | Primary role | What to confirm |
|---|---|---|
| Licensed tourism vehicle | Pre-arranged tourism transport within the confirmed operating scope. | Vehicle type, passenger and luggage capacity, route, permits, insurance, waiting time, and driver arrangements. |
| Taxi or ride-hailing | Point-to-point public transport chosen by the traveler. | Pickup location, language limitations, vehicle size, platform access, and availability. |
| Driver | Safe transport and basic assistance related to the agreed vehicle service. | A driver is not automatically a licensed tour guide and should not be presented as one. |
| Licensed local guide | Tour guiding, interpretation, visitor communication, and local program support. | Language, guiding scope, group type, dates, and the exact days a guide is required. |

Tell us the route, passengers, luggage, timing, stops, and guide needs so the local team can identify the right next step.
