Keep control of the wider China journey—or retain another supplier—and appoint HSLY for Huangshan, agreed Anhui services, or selected Shanghai, Jiangsu, and Zhejiang sections.
The final proposal identifies the included section, operating responsibilities, transport and guide arrangements, and the handover to the next part of the journey.

After the big cities, slow down on Yellow Mountain and in the Huizhou villages. Leave time for Tunxi too. These places are spread out, so choose your hotel with the next day's trip in mind.

Spend less time changing hotels and more time exploring
A little preparation makes the trip easier. Think about your arrival day, luggage and travel between cities, then check guide availability, payments and phone access before you leave.
Choose the gateway first
Shanghai may suit a shorter East China route, while Beijing or another gateway can support a longer sequence. Arrival and departure cities should reduce backtracking rather than add it.
Compare rail and domestic flights
High-speed rail works well for many eastern city pairs. Longer sectors may need a domestic flight. Timetables, luggage, transfers, and the final travel date determine the practical choice.
Protect the arrival day
An international arrival should allow for immigration, airport transfer, sleep disruption, and possible delays. A lighter first day creates room to recover without losing a key visit.
Reduce hotel changes
Fewer bases can make a short journey more comfortable. Day trips, train timing, check-in rules, and the distance between Huangshan's different locations should be assessed together.
Plan luggage handovers
Confirm what travels on trains, what can remain at a city hotel, and what is practical for mountain transfers, cable cars, steps, and any mountaintop stay.
Confirm guide coverage
We check English-speaking guide availability for each city and date, and confirm who will meet you at each stop.
Prepare payments and connectivity
Check current international-card, mobile-payment, roaming, eSIM, and internet-access arrangements before departure, with a backup when one method or service is unavailable.

Singapore's Immigration & Checkpoints Authority and Ministry of Foreign Affairs state that, with effect from 9 February 2024, holders of ordinary passports issued by Singapore are exempted from visa requirements for a stay of up to 30 days in China under the reciprocal arrangement.
Entry conditions can change, and immigration authorities make the final admission decision. Travellers should review current official requirements, passport validity, permitted activities, registration obligations, and any advice relevant to their circumstances before booking and again before departure.
